Before using it, processing time tracking and turning that into billable invoices could take us up to two weeks. With Factor, we can now complete the same process in a single day. We haven’t found another tool that makes tracking time and generating billing this easy and efficient. > > **Cons**: There are a couple of features we’d love to see added in the future. For example, it would be helpful if a single account could support multiple brands or companies. Another improvement would be the ability to apply sales tax to only part of a project instead of the entire invoice. That said, these are fairly unique situations for our business, so we don’t see them as faults with Factor, just potential enhancements that would make it even better for us. > > We've had a great overall experience with Factor so far.
