Hostinger.com is a typical Cypriot-Lithuanian shell company. Hostinger International Ltd registered in Cyprus and Hostinger UAB’s registered in Lithuania. They own nothing, they only rent equipment. And most importantly, they do not have technical support for customers, and the agreement with the Client is drawn up in such a way that the Hostinger provider does not bear any responsibility for the non-operation of VPS websites due to Hostinger’s fault. Instead, the Client is offered to have or hire IT specialists for Apache, Ubuntu, etc.

I really liked the tech support I received when I asked for a real person to answer my inquiry. They also don't use the opportunity to upsell you features you may not need and I really appreciate this. I didn't feel like I was being coerced into spending more money.

Cons

I didn't like that they too have moved to chat bots to solve any support questions, but I suppose it's how things are done now with a lot of companies. I am not too keen on their interface either. I don't think the design is intuitive for finding things quickly.

Pros

Hostinger provides website hosting with an advanced website management interface that includes everything you need include buying a domain, quick WordPress website setup, and email inbox for your website. The interface provides very easy control over multiple websites, and what I really liked is that there is the option to disable WordPress plugins directly from the Hostinger interface in a user-friendly way, its really important thing when some plugin is breaking your site and you can't enter your site dashbord. I was also impressed that the login is with a Google account, which provides convenience and a reliable level of security. In case of a problem, there is 24/7 support from chat representatives who are always happy to help. In conclusion, at Hostinger I found a satisfactory solution for managing multiple WordPress websites in one place.

Cons

The only downside I can mention is that when I tried to transfer an existing site from another hosting provider, it wasn't very easy for me. I couldn't transfer it smoothly as-is and I had to make a lot of adjustments. However, some of the sites were transferred more smoothly. It depends on which hosting provider the site comes from, so it's not entirely Hostinger's fault.

Pros

In a world of AWS, GoDaddy, Bluehost and others... Hostinger stands as a one-stop hosting hub with a friendly interface that gets you working in no time, no matter your level of experience. It is efficient and quick getting a fully working website in a matter of hours.

Cons

Sometimes switching from the web editor to management console can be a little bit confusing, but after a while you get used to it. Also I was a bit sceptic about Hostinger being an oversea company but latency has not been bad so far.

We had a bit of struggle, I used the Business Starter Email Package together with several of my Domains. When I canceled it and wanted to change to the 'included free emails' within my hosting plan, the software didnt let me. i'm grateful that the support was able to solve this issue

I mean it works, has enough tools for a website.

If you are taking payments it limits you to use only 2 providers that they have, like Stripe there's not even square payments option.

They do seem to make everything pretty easy for a newbie like me. I had no issues with setting up my account, and any questions that came up were easily answered by their huge array of help documentation. They list all their "Help" articles which they have extremely organized and grouped into appropriate sections. I have found answers to all my questions by searching through the Help section and have never needed to contact customer service for any questions regarding functionality. I have even browsed through articles to learn things I never knew about.

There's not too many things I don't like about this service. I did have a minor issue back when I first signed up when I wanted to upgrade my service. I got really confused on how to actually upgrade my service and ended up doing something wrong. That was the only time I had to contact customer service for anything. Also, the billing situation is weird. I will pay for something and I assume everything is good to go. Then I will click on "Billing" in the dropdown and my purchase will pull up and look like an invoice like I still need to pay it. The first time I dealt with this I thought maybe my purchase didn't go through so it let me go through the whole process again and I ended up paying twice for the same thing. Learned a lesson. Also I don't like how they will automatically select autorenew for everything. You have to go in and manually turn off autorenew for every single service if you don't want it to automatically renew .

I love their pricing because it gives you so much for a very small amount. Even if you get the most affordable plan, it still gets you enough to start and run your website for a few years. I've been using many hosting platforms and to be honest with you Hostinger is very easy to use and understand. I think they are on the right track to attract more customers. The speed tests I've done by Google's pagespeed, gtmetrix and pingdom was all good comparing to other hostings. I didn't have an issue for up time as well.

When I login for the first time and turn off my computer and come back the next day, the page does not load anymore. Doesn't matter how many times I refresh it just doesn't load!!! nightmare, right? I have to browse in incognito mode and I hate to do it everytime. lately it gets better tho, but still going on.

Hostinger is a great web hosting for WordPress websites. They offer a free domain name, free website builder, and free SSL certificate (but only for one domain). Their customer service is also excellent.

They does not include cPanel with all of their plans, and it may be tough for people to adjust to their hpanle (custom hosting panel by hostinger). And still some of option in beta version in there hpanle.

Finally a hosting service that has a proper panel. Easy to work with, even without experience. Super intuitive and great user experience. The support team helped me twice and I'm very pleased with their service and friendliness.

You might need to pay some extra $ here and there. Like I got a free domain on my purchase, but I had to pay to have my info hidden in WHO.IS which made the domain more expensive than normal. Or you don't have an option for free SSL if you transfer your domain. It saved me a lot on my hosting so it's still a fair deal.
