> **Pros**: The CLM was customizable for our business and easily allows us to see exactly where each of our contracts sits in the lifecycle of the contract and who it is sitting with.  We previously had to manually track this so this has and will continue to make us more efficient.

> **Cons**: We primarily use our customers and/or suppliers contracts so we currently have to convert the pdf into a word format before loading into the system.  The Aavenir team are working on resolving this for us.
> 
> Both the product and the team at Aavenir were flexible enough to meet our business needs.  Prior to Aavenir our process was completely manual - we have only been using the system a few months but already its tracking and process abilities are providing more efficiencies for us.  It is also showing us where our contracts can get stuck due to internal processes so we will be able to look at why.

> **Pros**: Machine learning capabilities for OCR recognition has saved time in manually filling out forms. Ease of use for implementation and configuration allows us to make continual improvements.

> **Cons**: Different views for approving and viewing invoices was a little confusing initially. This has been addressed in the new release as the invoice portal is the main user interface.

> Reducing manual efforts and moving from paper based email driven invoice tracking. The ability to measure and track invoice metrics as well as avoiding late payments are being achieved
