Contract Management With Digital Signatures
Worry free, when you are able to never think about a software and it is running like a unique piece of your company. This is what you want. something that works and can help you succeed with limited bandwidth from your group.
Pros
We love that we can manage the lifecycle of a contract. We are able to see all of the amendments and it is easy to access and manage.
Cons
The ability to have automated exhibits from an excel file. We have lots of contracts with multiple pages and lines of individual items we track. Concord cannot do this (that I know of) we have to upload a picture of each page into concord.
Reasons for Switching to Concord
Its custom clauses and smart fields made our lives easier. We created templates of all of our agreements, and used the smart field and clauses to fill in the "custom" language per contract. this helped reduced user errors and simplified everything.Response from Concord
Thank you for your feedback, Austin. We're happy to hear that you're satisfied with the way Concord is helping you manage your whole CLM process. Remember that if you have any questions or issues you can reach out to your Customer Success Manager for help.

Concord Makes it Easy
Our company has been using Concord since August of 2022 and overall, we have been very satisfied with the product and support we have received. It's easy to train new staff on how to use Concord.
Pros
Concord has a user-friendly interface with the ability to have multiple tabs open at a time, which is so helpful when comparing and editing documents. It's easy to edit documents and add or remove fields and signers. Searching our repository of documents in Concord using key words and tags is so much better than navigating through files on our hard drive like we used to have to do.
Cons
Documents can only be sent one at a time unless they are combined. I'd like the option to be able to package and send several individual documents to a recipient.
Reasons for Switching to Concord
Concord had an easy onboarding process, a user-friendly system, and great value for the cost.- Industry: Computer Software

Product was not as advertised
The customer service is limited and consists a lot on You-Tube like videos to troubleshoot problems
Pros
OCR search / reporting/ contract searches
Cons
There is very limited reporting metrics - it does not allow for custom reporting or using Boolean type structures to create reports or complete contract searches
Reasons for Switching to Concord
We thought it was the best solution based on how it was proposed to us.- Industry: Nonprofit Organization Management

User Friendly Contract Platform Experience!
I am very happy with Concord, overall. I wish they would fix the word processor they use, and it would be a perfect product.
Pros
I like how user friendly Concord is for our end users.
Cons
Sometimes, the formatting is completely off when loading documents into the system or transferring to a live document.

Concord if a great resource!
It has been great. We have a wonderful administrator that keeps us informed about updates.
Pros
Sorting ability and ease of retrievals makes the work easier.
Cons
Some of the updates are a little confusing, but it only takes a little usage to become familiar with them.
