> **Pros**: I like how this product provides an additional layer of security for our email platform, we use this in conjunction with the Email Security product as well as the Cloud to Cloud backup. We like how it will automatically detect incidents and if something suspicious slips by we can have users self report using the Outlook plugin tool. We also like that when reporting a suspicious email, it blocks the user using the rules I setup within Incident Response.

> **Cons**: So far we have had no issues with it, the only thing I encountered was that the initial setup is a bit tricky but their tech support staff is very helpful and was able to get us setup correctly in no time at all.
> 
> I have had good experience with the product so far and it has reduced the amount of time that I am manually having to deal with incoming sender clock requests, and overall seems to have further reduced the amount of SPAM and malicious emails that are getting to the users inboxes.
