Tailored to care management with ability for other services to be incorporated. It allows for all of the intricate care management documentation (invoicing, acts as a hub to store your company documents, resources, etc) and helps with staff management (time report). I love that you can leave a task/message for another CM. Also LOVE the tutorials\! > > **Cons**: You need to be careful not to add "relatives" of other clients to a current clients information in many areas (attached to chart, etc.) and it does not populate documentation into the facesheet automatically from when clients sign your intake form. And the inability to update your forms with edits as you please, and with a charge for each page has been difficult.
