Cooperative and friendly support, I have always received quick responses from their customer support and have been able to resolve arising issues.
Low barrier of entry, the software is simplistic and intuitive making it very easy to pick up and use.

> **Pros**: Made Simplr walks you through the key areas nicely, and automates some of the calculations. It is a good system for keeping all of our R+D claims organised.
We scaled back our R+D a lot, and the team were very responsive and proactive in reducing the price to reflect that.

> **Cons**: There were some issues with the automated/upload calculation sections, but I think these were teething issues a couple of years ago. The back office team were quick to correct for us.
