> **Pros**: It´s similar like microsoft project, but open proj is free\!  you can download it completely, without trial periods and without any cost.

> **Cons**: It´s difficult to see the gant diagram completely on the screen. You can take planning and monitoring only one project. When it comes to a macro project that involves several subprojects, openproj is not very useful.
