> **Pros**: The donor management is probably the best feature. Creating giving forms, tracking communication, all of that was good.

> **Pros**: Die Software ist  einfach und logisch aufgebaut. Nach einer kurzen Einarbeitungszeit kommt jeder damit klar. Trotzdem sind auch ausgefallene Wünsche oftmals machbar und durch etwas Ausprobieren kommt man schnell zu einer Lösung.
> 
> **Cons**: Teilweise fehlt es noch an praktischen "Kleinigkeiten". Man kann z.B. nicht einstellen, welche Spalten man gerne in der Übersicht anzeigen möchte. Aber das sind wirklich nur Kleinigkeiten\!
Leider ist die Software nicht Responsive. man kann also kaum am Handy damit arbeiten wodurch ein Zugriff von Unterwegs nicht möglich ist.
Ein weiteres Manko, woran aber bereits gearbeitet wird, ist die fehlende Unterstützung von HTML Mails.

> Man merkt, dass sich hier Gedanken gemacht wird über die optimale Verknüpfung von technische Möglichkeiten und der Bedienbarkeit. Kaum ein Produkt ist so umfangreich und dabei so einfach zu bedienen wie die Fundraisingbox. Wir haben sie bereits einigen befreundeten Vereinen empfohlen und bereuen es nicht, uns für die Fundraisingbox entschieden zu haben.

> **Pros**: Einfache Smart-Suchanfragen, nachdem sie etwas erweitert wurden. Relativ Benutzerfreundlich, wenn man es verstanden hat ;)

> **Cons**: Manchmal sind ist die Template-Erstellung nicht so prickelnd, Returns stimmen oft nicht, und man muss ein bisschen rumfrickeln bis das Template das gewünschte Layout des Briefes ausspuckt.

> **Pros**: Es ist sehr intuitiv, grafisch ansprechend und nicht mit zu vielen Funktionen überladen.

> **Cons**: Eigentlich nichts. Gelegentlich nerven Wartungsarbeiten ein wenig.

> Ich habe die Fundraisingbox jetzt schon bei drei NGOs bzw. Kampagnen zu unterschiedlichen Zeiten genutzt und war und hochzufrieden. Egal, ob es eine europaweite Kampagne mit tausenden von Spendern war oder eine Kampagne in Berlin mit hunderten von Spenden, es hat funktioniert so wie es jetzt beim allgemeinen Spendenmanagement für eine relativ kleine NGO auch gut klappt. Sehr gut ist der modulare Ansatz, dert es ermöglicht, je nach Organisationsbedürfnis die Funktionen zu buchen bzw. die Anzahl an Kontakten zu buchen die ich brauche. Das allermeiste ist intuitiv verständlich. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis stimmt auch auf jeden Fall. Erwähnenswert ist auch der professionelle und fast immer hilfreiche Kundenservice.
