Good customer support, so easy to use with Microsoft Outlook. My clients use this software and it was nice to be able to send and receive what I needed so efficiently and secure. The security and encryption is so important in my line of work and Zix takes this seriously and works hard to make sure this is not violated. > > **Cons**: The cost of the software was out of my budget for a 2 person office. However, the quality of the product could not overcome the ongoing customer service and billing issues. > > **Cons**: The customer service and billing practices have been awful. When we initially established email service, there were numerous problems, and no one seemed willing to take urgent action to correct them. We experienced the loss of multiple emails due to their incompetence, which created significant disruption for our business operations. In addition, managers are never available, and despite repeated requests, no manager has ever returned a phone call. To make matters worse, service was disconnected without notice after I sent an email expressing frustration about the ongoing issues. That type of response to legitimate customer concerns is completely unacceptable and highly unprofessional. > > TERRIBLE communication, poor service, and awful billing practices. They constantly called and harassed us over a bill that was already being paid on time each month via ACH. Despite timely payments, they repeatedly acted as though the account was delinquent. The overall experience was extremely frustrating and unprofessional.
