A few tweaks would make it perfect
I enjoy being able to send an easy 'bonus' to another teammate for a job well-done! And reading the feed to see all the great feedback.
Pros
Ease of cashing in award points and reading the feed of coworker awards.
Cons
No info on the dashboard that immediately tells you how many points you have to give or your giving history.

Awardco has been great implementing
I thoroughly enjoyed the different settings and uses. And ease of use for our employees. Even our older employees felt comfortable using it.
Pros
It’s very convenient and easy to implement. There are a range of settings and options to set it up to your company’s needs.
Cons
Just getting everyone used to using awardco instead.

Awardco is GREAT! You can redeem your points for almost any item on Amazon!
Once I figured out that I could purchase just about any item sold by Amazon through Awardco, and was not limited to only the 'suggested' items that show up in the platform, I got excited to begin saving points for items on my Amazon wish list. I was able to redeem points for the latest Fitbit fitness tracker. I'd probably still be waiting to own it if I hadn't been able to use Awardco points.
Pros
It's helpful that we can use Awardco points towards Amazon purchases. It appears the entire realm of Amazon items are available for purchase with my Awardco points. I was able to save and redeem enough points to get the latest Fitbit fitness tracker I've been wanting. Also, the 'cost' of the Amazon item in Awardco points seems to be less than the dollar amount. I was able to redeem a $30 book I'd been waiting to find a sale on for 15 Awardco points!
Cons
Initially, I didn't realize I could use Awardco points towards items outside of what is listed in the categories for Amazon on our Awardco platform. My only suggestion would be to include this somewhere on the platform. This will prevent users from thinking the best options for redeeming their Awardco points are toilet paper and laundry detergent.

Cashouts not working. Awful experience with support.
see above. massive award redemption issues and support is useless.
Pros
Awarding others with monetary compensation based on work done. Getting rewards based on the work I've done.
Cons
The redemption process has failed for me on two separate occasions, with support taking 20/30+ (ongoing) days.
First instance of failed remeption happened before the christmas break where after cashing in a gift card for a store through awardco, I didn't receive the gift card and heard nothing for 20 days. After this time passed, awardco support messaged saying that the company who I got the card with was no longer doing awardco cards. Got a refund, but it still took 20 days.
Second instance was when I cashed out over 100 USD of visa prepaid cards before leaving the company. Awardco sent confirmation emails and links to activate the cards before I left. These cards failed to activate, requiring a login through the company I worked with (which I didn't have). After contacting support, 9 days later I received replacement cards which failed with an "apologies we have encountered an error on our side". Still resolving this case. It's been 30+ days since starting this mess. Support have been so far unable to resolve this and I still haven't received my card. Utterly abominable results from a company whose only job is to provide gift cards...
I'm unsure if getting users to give up on redeeming their codes is baked into their business model. Honestly unsured if this company is genuine or not.
Do not recommend.

Awardco is Awesome
Pros
Awardco offers a physical or virtual spend rewards card. This is the first software I have used that had a physical card, my employees enjoyed this. Another great feature is Awardco partners with Amazon. My employees absolutely loved this because they could truly select a reward they would use and enjoy.
Cons
There is nothing negative to say at this time. The software has been great.

The Best Tool
The good experience I have with Awardco is that I can meet good people and they can be nominated for the good things they do in their work. for being kindness and another good thing we can buy with our points :)
Pros
I love it because it's easier to use and share the good things about our coworkers.
Cons
I don't think there's anything I don't like about awardco, I like it and it's easy to use.

Awardco is very unreliable
The sales rep promptly made an appointment to talk with me. Then I never heard from him again.no information on whether he was going to calk me or if I was supposed to call him, no contact information or Zoom ID and password. The customer service rep I reached to try to find out more about this appointment was extremely persistent and friendly in trying to track it down, but he couldn't even get the sales department to get in touch. Customer support is very responsive; the sales team is not. I would never work with a company this disorganized, whether they have a great product or not.
Pros
The customer support rep tried bery hard to reach the sales agent to straighten out our appointment information, but he couldn't even track him down.
Cons
The lack of follow-through on scheduled appointments.

Awardco enriches the workplace
Pros
Awardco allows users to create, foster, and culture an beneficial workplace culture. By using this platform managers and peer can ensure others feel seen and heard, that their opinions and contributions are valued, and that they are not 'just a number'. This platform enhances workplace satisfaction and contributes to a positive workplace within the company.
Cons
The only think I don't like about Awardco is that it doesn't send the sender of the note a copy of the note that they sent.

Boosting Employee Morale with Awardco: A Simple and Effective Recognition Tool
Overall, Awardco has been great. It’s easy to use, helps recognize employees, and offers lots of reward choices through Amazon. While customization could be better, it has definitely boosted team morale and engagement.
Pros
What I liked most about Awardco is how easy it makes recognizing employees. The platform lets you reward people with points they can use on Amazon, giving them plenty of options to choose from. It’s flexible, user-friendly, and helps build a positive, motivating work environment.
Cons
What I liked least about Awardco is that the customization options for rewards can sometimes feel limited if you’re looking for something more unique or tailored outside of their standard offerings. It could also take a bit of time to fully explore all the features if you're new to the platform.

Brings Your Company Together
Great experience using Awardco. Since using it, we have seen a grand increase in our employees recognition, which boosts overall positivity and mood in the workplace. Everyone enjoys commendation, and this software does just that. Great for team building and bringing a company together. Helps everyone get to know each other a little better too.
Pros
Easy to use. The format is simple and easy to navigate. It can be learned right away with next to no training. Pretty self explanatory. Great customer service, variety of different vendors to use, and I also like the spot recognition feature that is included.
Cons
Can't really think of anything that would deter anyone from using this software. It gets the job done and you get what you're paying for. Maybe just that the mobile app can only be used as a progressive web app and is limited.

AwardCo Is Awesome!
Everything is great with Awardco. I also do like on the side where it keeps you updated with other employees' milestones. That makes it more personable with your coworkers and I know they appreciate other coworkers reaching out and congratulating them.
Pros
The site is very user friendly. It also has great awards and variety of awards as well.
Cons
It would be nice if there was a chart of some sort that tells you if you have X amount of points, you qualify for this, etc.

Awardco Points
I love it! It's a wonderful idea. Who doesn't like to be recognized for doing something well or thanking someone who helped you out.
Pros
I love that your employer and fellow employees have the oportunity to reward you with Points to be used to purchase so many things, i.e. like Visa cards, retail store cards, etc. and the oportunity to thank a fellow employee for helping you with a certain project is always rewarding to both the person your giving it to and yourself for giving it!
Cons
There really isn't anything I can think of that I don't like. Who doesn't like being recognized for something you did well, or a Happy Birthday wish, or points to purchase something that you wanted:)

Awardco Review
Overall I have enjoyed Awardco. I like that my organization uses Awardco to reward team members that do good work. Everytime I get an award through Awardco it encourages me as I know my work isn't going unnoticed.
Pros
I like the ease of use that Awardco allows to both give and receive rewards. I also like the variety of rewards you are able to choose from. The variety of gift cards is nice that you can always find something useful to use the awards on.
Cons
Even though you can get a lot of variety of rewards I don't like the limitations when it comes to physical rewards. Almost all of the rewards are digital only and even for the visa gift cards if you want a physical reward it costs the individual payment to get the visa card in the mail.

Super easy app and cannot beat 'free money' for taking care of myself
I regularly tell coworkers this is a great system. And why would people not want to get free stuff for taking care of themselves and tracking their progress as they do it?
Pros
The awards are terrific - dozens of choices to spend my award money on. And I really like the group activities where several people join together to earn points.
Cons
Nothing bad about it. I love this app and how it works.

Bang for your Awardco
I like this program. You are able to redeem your points quickly. The selection of ecards is amazing. And there are other things you can purchase to form mixers, watches ect.
Pros
The selection of ecards is amazing! A lot to choose from!
Cons
That they charge a fee if you want a physical visa gift card and not a virtual one. It can take up to 3 weeks to get the card.

Great way to recognize employees!
I think it is great for recognizing employee performance or anniversaries. The employees get an email and can quickly login and "spend" the award.
Pros
I love that any "points" could be used or sent to another user (colleague)
Cons
I would have liked to "buy" points because using all of them wasn't easy (At least in the setup we were using)

Awardco works for me
I've used Awardco for about 5 years and have been happy with the variety of ways to use my points and the delivery time is good.
Pros
I like the variety of ways to "spend" your points. Unlike other reward programs you are not limited to a "prize catalog" you can shop on Amazon or get a gift card.
Cons
Sometimes the product description could be better. If I feel it doesn't fulfill my needs, I will often search outside of Awardco for reviews and more information to make sure I'm getting the right item.

Ease of Use for Recognition
I like using Awardco to recognize my peers and employees. I login to Awardco at least 2-3 times per week to check my points, read the feed and recognize others.
Pros
Awardco is easy to use for recognition. You just login and look for the person's name. You can then start typing to recognize your peer.
Cons
It would be nice to have some sort of incentive when redeeming Awardco points. For example, 40 Awardco points for $50 AMZ egift.

Awardco Review requested
overall, I'm satified with Awardco program for employees,
so far most of the item I looked by Amazon I can order from here.
thank you,
Pros
easy to use and most items are found thru Amazon
Cons
returns, not as simple as returning directly to amazon
sometimes not all you're looking for appears in the Awardco list.
