In addition to general practices, it also serves cardiology, ophthalmology, podiatry and pulmonology specialties. CyCHART is ONC-ATCB 2011/2012 certified for ambulatory care and offers dynamic charting and drag and drop interface that provides access to a patient's critical data. With CyCHART, physicians can collect patient information electronically during their visit. The solution automatically creates a health risk assessment that lets both the practice and insurance company review and address any risk. There are also functions for chronic disease management, e-prescribing, clinical flowcharts and nutritional notes. Cyfluent also offers modules for patients to access their personal health records, as well as practice management and clearinghouse capabilities. The ease of use along with the continued support has been wonderful. The EHS flows much like "good old fashioned" physician notes and can be customized to your practice needs. A flaw would be that if there is a problem within the system I feel that everyone using the system should be notified. This would be easy for them to do in a release note format. The time to fix a problem within the system has improved. The transition was easy, the help from support is awesome and actually with a person and not just some automated machine that will "call you back". The update for the ICD-10 is phenomenal\!\! It is going to be a GREAT help when the change takes effect\!\! The way that they have made it to be able to convert the codes for you is great and helps so that you don't have to just immediately pull out the big book to start looking up codes\! They also are constantly updating things to make everything easier for the user\! Love the new update ICD-10 switch over will be much easier with these changes\!\!
