Red for booked and green for free is as easy and intuitive as it gets. > > **Cons**: The cancellation of reservations is a bit clumsy compared to the rest of the slick interface, also to see resources booked by yourself in the same red as those booked by others could be improved with a different color for your own bookings. > > My client (50K+ employees) uses it to reserve conference rooms and workstations for on-site days in an otherwise remote work environment. This makes it difficult to manage the service and improving it for the future as there are too many steps to go through when we want to change something.
