> **Pros**: Ongoing proactive outreach from team to ensure that service was up to par. During initial onboarding, when the first candidate they found wasn't ideal, they took the time to find a candidate that was the right fit for us.

> **Cons**: The management portal that was part of the original vision was quite ambitious and while it had some cool features for workflow definition and automation, we ended up using external scheduling and collaboration tools instead and never logged in after a few months. Not sure if they ever improved but it was frankly easier to use the tools we were already on.

The pricing was very competitive, and my VA was available on a schedule that worked for me. I also had an assigned Customer Success Manager, \[sensitive content hidden\] who was able to help with with any questions I had about Wing itself, its offerings, as well as someone to discuss any issues I might have had working with my VA. Whenever I contacted \[sensitive content hidden\] he was able to get back to me within 24 hours. Truly great service.

> **Cons**: There were a few minor technical issues with the mobile app vs. the in-browser experience. That said, the technical issues didn't prevent me from working with my VA, and the Wing team was responsive to my issue reports.
