It is an open system. Easy to connect to via own API's and outside TSQL for collaboration of data though out our enterprise. Out of the box setup fits many needs. Excellent customer service is always awesome at assisting with their product and customizing to our needs perfectly. Cadre's customer service is Great\! (best ever in my 30 years I.T.). They are have helped me out many times and have gone beyond the call of duty. Their product is able to run almost flawlessly in our very large-scale warehouse. The executive management down to the support staff were always available to communicate with to share ideas - support - or future enhancements. Their user group was also a perfect forum to share ideas and gain further education on the utilization of the product in various businesses. > > **Cons**: The software is so dynamic that there are numerous tables behind the scenes that need to be configured. You must have a trained SQL administrator to manage the tables and configurations.
