If you're considering a staff expenses solution, definitely consider ExpenseIn!
The implementation was a breeze and the launch has been a resounding success. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend ExpenseIn.
Pros
I love the ease of the software and how much visibility it's given the Finance team to expenses that are awaiting approval or in draft. It's allowed us to more efficiently code our expenditure accruals which has been great. The end-user and approver training provided was also excellent and comprehensive.
Cons
I struggle to think of a con! The user interface you could argue looks a little dated, but I believe this is something they are working on and it's still totally fit for purpose so it's a very minor niggle! I also struggled to find the carbon reporting as it wasn't immediately obvious on the Finance Admin page, but that was more likely user error on my behalf.

Best choice we made using ExpenseIn
The service is definitely value for money and this has reduced our admin time considerably.
The staff are always supportive and willing to look into issues and on hand to resolve any issues or finds way for the system to work for us.
We would recommend this service.
Pros
The website is very easy to navigate, simple and clear.
The customer service team is always on hand and eager to help to ensure we get what we need.
Cons
Some elements of the system could do with more work, the invoicing module is behind compared to the Expenses Module. However, we have been giving feedback on what we require so hopefully this is something they are willing to look into.

Decent product, I like Nexonia better
Pros
It works for logging your expenses and then getting reimbursed. That's about it though.
Cons
I prefer other options in the way market better than are easier to use and have more features such as a mobile app that is simple and has more features. Such as Nexonia.

Honest review
Very pleasant, [sensitive content hidden] demonstrated the software and from implementation Apostolos was so helpful. Since we have gone live the support has been fantastic.
Pros
I like that is very user friendly, that the credit card has a live data feed bringing thought the transactions automatically without having to manually upload them. It also inter grate's with our accounts software, so allows us to export the expenses for credit card and reimbursable directly
Cons
I haven't found much i don't like, the issues i have come across are just minor and are have all been resolved with the help desk. There are basic things.

Making expenses easier
Very happy with how well this program and app have made collecting and collating expense information
Pros
AS all our staff have the app and can upload whenever they have a receipt, it has dramatically cut down the waiting time for the receipts. Engineers workload meant that it could be weeks before I received the receipts to process. Missed VAT to claim due to the delays etc. This has now stopped.
Cons
Can take a bit of getting used to from an admin point of view, but with anything new, practice makes perfect.

Chickenshop Expense
really good experience overall - [sensitive content hidden] (account manager) was really helpful, and any issues have been resolved quickly and professionally
Pros
It was very easy to implement and set up. Took 3 x 1 hour sessions to properly implement, train and bring myself up to scratch. It has allowed more control across the expense process and is generally very easy to use for the team to pick it up and get running with it
Cons
Some features where hard to find but overall the biggest issues we have found are user error and not that hard to overcome

England Ice Hockey - Adhoc Module
ExpenseIn Adhoc module has been brilliant for us and has brought the processing time for our weekly expenses payment run down drastically. Also the adaptability of the system to add user groups, departments and events fits well with our reporting structure. The integration process was also great with [sensitive content hidden] being incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. Also the ongoing support provided through the chat function makes random questions easy to quick answers to.
Pros
The option to have an Adhoc expenses module, export easily to our accounting system. Also having all the information contained within one system makes the administration of running volunteer expenses easy and well-contained.
Cons
It can sometimes feel a bit clunky (I've never known an expenses system that isn't!) but operationally it does the job.

Excellent Product and Service
Excellent. We had the demo and a few questions. These were answered promptly and we were happy with the price. The installation team were helpful and we installed within a day or two. Very happy. We have had some queries since using the system, but the online help chat has been excellent. Would recommend.
Pros
Easy to install. Staff picked it up so easily. Very simple to use and links into the SAGE INTACCT finance system we use.
Cons
We haven't found any issues to date. Nothing to report

Excellent Product
Pros
How user friendly and how easy it is to do the day to day things. Good structure to menus, user friendly screens and the approval flows are better than what our accounting package can offer!
Cons
Sadly the invoicing module wasnt suitable as cant handle stock which is a big part of our business.

Best Expenses App!
Pros
Simple & easy user interface. Integration with accounts software and corporate card company makes reconciling statements and importing transactions very simple saving precious time. Creating all the categories, projects, departments, custom reports etc... in the admin section is also easy to do.
Cons
Honestly, nothing bad to say here! No negative feedback from our users.

great system easy to use!
our overall experience with ExpenseIn has been positive, comprehensive training, smooth transition from trial to live, helpful staff - relationship managers
Pros
its very user friendly, with the ability to use the system while on the move users can upload receipts on the go, the integration with sage is also very smooth and saves a large amount of time
Cons
the only thing we really had an issue with was not being able to split receipts on the app but we have been advised this is in development

Simple to use produce that saves lots of admin with excellent onboarding process.
First class. The team have been excellent.
Pros
The set up process was a worry for us but we were looked after, our needs accommodated and the process walked through very helpfully by the team at ExpenseIn. Using the product is simple, effective and has helped us reduce admin, improve timings and made life easier for the users.
Cons
It would be nice if you could set 2FA across all users rather than have to do it one at a time - not a big deal though.

It is a very user friendly platform for both Finance and employees. Easy to manage and Finance reports are great. It saves a lot of time in processing expenses. So user friendly!
Pros
We are using both the expenses and the invoice module and it has really sped up our processes and given us more control over spend. The expense module is really easy to use and was quickly accepted throughout the firm. It has streamlines all our processes into one and we found it was really customisable so we could capture all the data we needed.

Our expenses claims have increased as it's so easy to use!
