I first thought it might be me, so I created another account, different email, same thing happened. They took an age to respond to my request to fix the problem and a guy called \[sensitive content hidden\] said he’d get his “team” onto it, the thing is I don’t believe there is a team because he is the only one who responds to WhatsApp, email or live chat\! I later received a blank email, no business details at all or signature telling me my new password was password, it didn’t work of course. \[sensitive content hidden\] later WhatsApp messaged me asking for the password they had sent\!?\!?
