About OfficeSpace

OfficeSpace Software is a cloud-based platform that helps organizations allocate workspace. Users can manage day-to-day employee relocations and large-scale organizational moves. The software can be used across a variety of industry segments, including banks, government entities, healthcare, real estate and telecommunications. OfficeSpace manages employee moves as well as tracking rooms, cubicles and other spaces, plus related assets like phones, computers and copiers. The visual directory allows users to locate coworkers and their contact information as well as resources like equipment and spaces. Individual and group moves can be planned with the solution's workflow, and complex moves can be planned out ahead of time with Scenarios tool. OfficeSpace also offers automated move notification emails. OfficeSpace Software provides on-demand or auto-generated reports that show scheduled, completed and archived moves. The Request Manager module manages facility requests and integrates with the Visual Directory. Pricing for the solution is based on the number of seats.

Great organizational mapping application

Pros

very user friendly and nice clean forward facing view. Staff love the ease of locating others using the interactive maps.

Cons

I have no complaints with this product, all portions of it so far have met our desires

Good software for move coordination and space planning

Good and very useful.

Pros

Move coordination, report structure, work order tracking and updates, notifications and maps.

Cons

Not easy to modify the existing tools and does not integrate with some other apps.

OfficeSpace in Scalefocus

My overall experience with the product is very positive, the vendor team we work with is really nice. I seriously recommend the software for companies that need a simple solution to be able to manage the office space bookings and seating.

Pros

The product is really easy to use and has many available customization options. The administrator has control over a lot of the components and they are easy to setup. The software supports most of the popular features of this type of software and the UI is really nice.

Cons

There are some missing features like what other competitive software vendors call "find my team" function and you can't setup ACLs for seat bookings.

FANTASIC Product

Everyone in our company that uses OfficeSpace have found it an easy to use, always informative product that is essential to all out every day needs. With 7 offices in the US and 3 in other parts of the world, it allows all of us to be a "family" instead of 10 different "step-children" .

With the reporting capabilities (and there are many) I can report on each office individually or combine the reports to reflect company wide utilization. This helps with occupancy , facility management and forecasting for future growth. When the [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN] asks for a report on lease expiration's, I can give it to him within minutes instead of hours - same goes for space utilization as well as any other reports.

Pros

They are constantly updating the software - I think every quarter they have come up with new features or enhanced the older ones - mostly based on customer feedback - they listen to their customers. For example, within weeks of getting hit with Covid-19 they added a "distancing planner" to the software.

The Customer Service is second to none - being in the software business, I understand it's importance. I have never waiting more than a couple of hours to get an answer and usually it's faster than that. They are a great group to work with.

Cons

That I didn't find it earlier than I did.
