The fixed asset management solution is web-based and mobile-friendly, with real-time location tracking. Analytics and dashboard solutions allow users to drill from group-level summaries down to general ledger transactions, with board-ready reports available alongside operational dashboards.&#10;&#10;IDU includes two embedded AI agents. The Help Agent provides in-workflow guidance. The Insight Agent generates narrative commentary on variances, trends, and anomalies directly within reports, surfacing patterns in plain language rather than leaving interpretation to the user.&#10;&#10;The platform connects to ERP and GL source systems and is available in three deployment configurations: on-premise within a customer's own infrastructure, hosted within a customer-owned cloud tenancy on Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud, or fully managed by IDU on Microsoft Azure. Implementations typically complete in four to six weeks.&#10;&#10;IDU is licensed per user across three editions. The Light edition covers browser-based budgeting and reporting suited to smaller teams or aggregation-focused deployments. The Standard edition adds itemised accounts, allocations, headcount budgeting, and journal-level drill-down.
