I think that it's relatively affordable, meaning that it has a lot of value. It's also very easy to use, and a lot of the basic features out of the box, such as automated tasks, recurring tasks, multiple project views, etc., are very helpful. I also really like the customized and saved views and filters, as in manager, to be able to track others' tasks and progress as well in an easy manner. > > **Cons**: I think that sometimes it's easy to get confused within Asana. Also, I will say the search feature is not very good, so if you're looking for a task, it can be very difficult to find, especially if it's completed. The overall search feature not working well can mean you have to be very, very organized. > > Overall, I think that Asana is a really good productivity tool for us. My agency managed a team of 35 with multiple service departments out of Asana, and it made things really clean and easy to use.
