They set my machine up wrong .and had to change it multiple times. Yet still getting it wrong I called their 24 hour hotline for 3 hours but constantly got the message "we will be back in a hour" They never answered. they never got my machine up correctly. It got to the point when I called some of the employees knew me by my voice. My deposits never matched and the fees were not what was explained. After calling and texting many times daily I unplugged my machine and told them I no longer wanted to do business with them. This is what I've learned is the biggest difference from the other commission-based platforms like Grubhub, DoorDash, and UberEats.
