> **Pros**: - super-lightweight integration if you go for a pure frontend integration
- very flexible so that you can do everything from recommendations to content personalization
- easy to use backend that allows marketers to configure the tool for most use cases
- extremely responsive account management which usually comes up with suitable solutions

> **Cons**: - as so often with personalization the tool is pretty much a black box which makes some behavior hard to understand; however; account management uusally does a good job of giving explanations
- pure frontend integration is kind of risky since you can provoke pretty nasty behavior/display issues by injecting HTML/CSS; therefore we opted for a serverside-integration which makes things more complicated to implement but the frontend enjoys higher stability.
> 
> trbo was supereasy to implement as a pure frontend solution which allows you to get enough experience of what works and what doesn't in your specific industry. If you have this down I would always recommend to change over to a serverside integration to get the best combination of flexibility and stability out of the tool.
