> **Pros**: Lead scoring, ease of implementation was great. On-site training was amazing when we first changed to Bevy. When we have issues our representative would respond promptly. Tracks the performance of my team as a whole and individually. Screen sharing could use a little advancement, but overall it works well.

> **Cons**: Screen sharing could be a bit better. The price is step, but the customer service received really helps outset the monthly and initial pricing. A little more customization of colors and themes would be great.
