> **Pros**: Er zijn veel aanpassingen gedaan de laatste tijd die het werken met het systeem zeer gebruikersvriendelijk maakt.

> **Cons**: Zijn nog wel zaken die verbeterd kunnen worden maar zijn nog in gesprek hierover met Flux. Ben er dan ook van overtuigd dat dit goed gaat komen.

> In het algemeen ben ik tevreden met dit product. Zoals eerder gezegd worden er de laatste tijd veel aanpassingen gedaan die het werken met het systeem fijner maken.  Daarnaast zeer prettige samenwerking en snelle respons van de Helpdesk.

> **Pros**: Het pakket is zéér gebruiksvriendelijke en je hebt alles in eigen beheer. Je kunt dus zelf aanpassingen doen zonder dat daar een duur extern iemand voor moet worden ingehuurd.

Ook is het fijn dat iedere medewerker inzicht heeft in zijn uren. Dit verlaagd het aantal vragen aanzienlijk en mocht er iets onjuist zijn geregistreerd dan wordt er direct aan de bel getrokken i.p.v.  na de salarisbetaling.

Dit bespaart allemaal een hoop tijd. Voorheen kostte het mij bijna één dag in de week om uren van uitzendkrachten te controleren en te verwerken. Nu ben ik met een halfuurtje klaar.

> **Cons**: Wij maken gebruik van een soort spaarpotje voor overuren. Wanneer iemand meer dan 60 uur heeft opgespaard wordt dit gedeelte uitbetaald. Helaas rekent PEP dit niet zelf uit, maar moet je dit handmatig doen.

Verder eigenlijk geen minpunten.

> **Pros**: Het is erg fijn om in 1 oogopslag te zien hoe lang de medewerkers per dag werken.
Hierdoor kunnen wij de uren in de gaten houden van de medewerkers maar ook kosten besparen naar de uitzendorganisaties. 

Het implementeren ging zeer eenvoudig en er was een fijne samenwerking met de medewerkers van Nedap.

De vakantie aanvragen staan nu ook vermeld en dit is zeer prettig. Er waren altijd losse lijstjes waardoor je snel fouten maakt of meerdere bestanden hebt.

> **Cons**: Wij hebben geen nadelen ervaren. Zelfs de werknemers die minder handig zijn met de pc, kunnen makkelijk hun uren inzien.
> 
> De voordelen heb ik al aangegeven in het begin stuk maar kort op een rijtje:
\* Je hebt in 1 opslag overzicht over het aantal gewerkte uren;
\* Je bespaart geld door het overzicht te hebben;
\* Het systeem werkt eenvoudig;
\*  Kom je er niet uit? Dan helpen de medewerkers van de helpdesk jou op afstand.
