> **Cons**: Existen muchas atribuciones que dependen de Talana y no están puestas en el rol del Administrador, debiese ser un poco más permisivo en parámetros que debiese administrar la empresa.

> Ha sido buena la experiencia, se han automatizado procesos y tenemos mayor control del RRHH como también entregamos mayor transparencia a nuestros colaboradores disponiendo de toda su información en su teléfono.
Mejoramos considerablemente el cumplimiento de la normativa legal respecto a documentación y remuneraciones reduciendo un 80% de los conflictos con trabajadores.

También es una aplicación muy intuitiva para quienes usan la plataforma no solo desde la administración de RRHH, sino que igual para los trabajadores.

> **Cons**: Lo que menos me gustó de los cambios realizados últimamente, es la modificación de chat. Tener que ingresar la duda, que se forme "fila" hace que muchas veces dudas que antes se resolvían de forma personalizada y rápido ahora se demore más.

> Todos los procesos de RRHH se internalizaron y lo llevamos en una sola plataforma, lo que resulta eficiente para el óptimo desarrollo de nuestra área.
