> **Pros**: Cybake is specifically targeted for bakeries. It is not a 'one size fits all' food manufacturer program and because of this the software and the support team understand a lot of the issues we, as a bakery, face. The support team ios very responsive, often tackling issues in minutes rather than hours.

> **Cons**: When we first started using it I do feel there were some things that didn't make sense such as being unable to assign a route to a customer when setting them up. Or not being able to assign a price to a product when setting it up on the initial set up page. However, over time, these anomalies have become lesser.
> 
> We have used it for over five years. It is very reliable, we have never had the system 'go down' as it were which is something we have experienced with previous software. It is user friendly and the support team responsive. It is also regularly updated.
