> **Pros**: Workvivo allows for customization to the environment to fit the brand of the organization.  It has a simple to use interface that allows for quick setup and configuration.  The user experience is modeled after many of standard social media platforms, making the UX easy to jump into.

> **Cons**: There isn't much to dislike about Workvivo. From the mobile app to the webapp, it is a pretty easy to use platform.

> Adoption is the most difficult part with any "in house" social media platform. It is another tool that employees have to learn. The organization has to be strategic and thoughtful about how it engages employees through Workvivo to make it worth the spend.

> **Pros**: Loved that it was basically a company social media platform that allowed us to post about the goings on inside the team. We used this with the Commanders and it was a great idea.

> **Cons**: I was locked out of it frequently and it would just be a bug in the code and I routinely had to ask HR and the platform \[sensitive content hidden\] to help fix it for me. I eventually stopped caring enough to get it fixed.

> **Pros**: We have had a great reception for this platform.  We needed something to help unite our teams and branches and have managed this through features and events.  The fact that it is so easily recognisable in its user interface as so similar to LinkedIn and Facebook, meant that half the training is already done when we were rolling it out.&#10;This is a great 'real-time' system for rolling out all our business updates and now staff report that they feel really informed about what is going on in the firm.

> **Cons**: Overall, when purchasing, I would have liked this to have been part of a fuller employee engagement platform which included wellbeing and a discount scheme however I was aware this wasnt there when I decided on this one as the communication side was so good and this was our primary focus.&#10;In terms of what I'd like to see improved, I would like to see the text formatting be the same as any other software e.g. office.  At the moment it is very basic and clunky and most formatting options are not available.&#10;I would also like the document upload ability to be available to more than just the system administrators given we use this as out intranet.  It would be good if it was one of the security profiles which we could give to certain people who should be responsible for this in the firm, but can't be as the software won't allow it.

I have a monthly Teams call where all new features and improvements are highlighted and advice is given about how we could improve our engagement.
