We were guided through by our account manager and were able to have a comprehensive SMS strategy super quickly. Attentive automatically comes with a pop-up modal to collect email AND sms which is not something many other SMS providers have. It’s a super simple sign up process for our customers. They start you off with a shared shortcode (this is phasing out) but most other sms platforms we explored did longcode and didn’t offer any solutions to get quickly set up with shortcode. Recently, they just added new segmentation features\! Exciting to see everything on their product roadmap. > > **Cons**: I think there could be some improvements to analytics. They do have dashboards that give you some high level stats.
