> ECP EHR is an electronic medical records platform designed to help group homes, assisted living residences, and I/DD centers build, customize and report on care plans. It includes pre-built templates, which lets administrators automatically generate daily task lists for residents based on assessment reports. 

Residence supervisors can set up custom notifications for pending or upcoming tasks and sort task lists based on status, shift or individual. Field personnel can utilize the ECP mobile application to maintain clinical records and enter residents' progress on activities, even without an internet connection. Additionally, it provides investigation and reporting capabilities, which allows staff members to report on incidents, collect facts and identify root causes. 

ECP EHR's built-in forms allow healthcare professionals to perform audits and assessments in accordance with different states and license types. Pricing is available on request.

> **Pros**: I like being able to chart and see charting from anywhere and considering I travel between our communities it saves me a lot of time/questioning.  It is easy to use once someone is trained.  Staff seem to pick up on it pretty quick.

> **Cons**: Communication; particularly when for example, a staff member enters in a cocnern/question about a resident; it would be great to have a way to respond directly to that in a note versus typing in a new note or observation.
