JobApt is a job board template software by Arca24 that allows Staffing Agencies and recruiting Companies to publish ads and search profiles using the benefits of Artificial Intelligence, without the need to have skills in software development and maintenance (provided in SaaS). The ATS provides with a semantic engine able to read the skills sought in job offers from CVs, compare them and identify the most compatible profiles. The software displays the list of candidates sorted by degree of compatibility, considering both passive candidates present in the CV database and active candidates who have applied for a given job offer. It's available in 6 languages.
