About TurboTenant
Turbo Tenant is a cloud-based property management solution that offers tenant tracking and building maintenance capabilities. It automatically sends vacancy listings out to multiple sites, Rent Jungle and Apartment List. It also fills out Craigslist listing forms for users. Users have access to a tenant database, a rent calculator and rental form templates.
Tenants can apply for housing online in Turbo Tenant. The applications can be filled from mobile devices and the system emails users as applications come in. Users can order credit reports and criminal background checks on potential tenants.
Turbo Tenant lets users upload property details and photos of their properties, which potential tenants can view online. Tenants can also contact landlords, share listings with friends and apply online. It creates flyers for users, using information and images from vacancy listings. Users can print these flyers and distribute them as they see fit. Support is provided via online knowledge base and support ticket.

I love TurboTenant!
I have loved having a software that helps me with my rental properties!
Pros
Keeping up with rent payments. Also my tenants love it because they pay online... no need to run to the post office box as much.
Cons
The amount of time it takes for my tenants rent to be deposited.

Can't Be A Landlord Without It
TurboTenant has trained me to do a good job as a landlord, know what I'm supposed to do so that I can make the proper choices, avoid issues with tenants, and protect myself and my property from issues.
Pros
TurboTenant has made our foray into landlording exceptionally easy. I have state-specific leases with e-signatures ready to go. I can easily have potential renters apply online, do a background check, and say Yes to them - with LITERALLY a click of a button. And then when I started using TurboTenant for monthly payments - omg so so easy. And it's easy on my tenants as well.
Cons
If I had any issues (these are so tiny that I don't worry about them) I would say:
- I have had a tenant get confused and pay by credit card without realizing that there was a fee for a CC. She was not very tech savvy so it took a few tries to get her to understand how to set up her bank for an ACH payment.
- Sometimes I wish that it wouldn't take 3-4 days for the money to hit my account after it is sent by my tenants. But whatever, everything else is so easy, I'm OK with it.

Best ever hands down
Customer Service was awesome. They knew exactly what thry were doing and enjoyed doing it.

Do not waste your money
My home was not rented after 3 months with TurboTenant. Their leads were poor. I asked for a refund and was denied.
Pros
I liked the idea of having tools in the same place
Cons
The leads were few and far between and mostly went nowhere. The 'pre screening' they touted was never completed by potential tenants. The lease tool did not allow for any alterations I needed for my specific needs.
