Workly’s time clock application, TimePad, is designed for use on mobile devices, such as smartphones and tablets. TimePad can be linked to multiple locations. Employees can log time offline, and once the Internet is available again, TimePad will automatically send attendance data to Workly.


This system can automatically alert employees about changes in their schedules. Employees log in to check their schedules, request time off and trade shifts with other employees. Users have a dashboard that allows them to accept or reject time off requests.


Workly also includes a payroll application. Users can collect time and attendance records, set up payroll rules and run payroll reports. Time is tracked from a mobile app and sent directly to the payroll application.


Workly can be licensed in perpetuity or subscribed to on a per user per month basis. Mobile apps are available for Android and iOS.
