Glasscubes automates some of the more tedious parts of client management for personal tax (chasing for information year round just for the client to send their information in January), and in my experience has led to some of our more last-minute clients sending information earlier than in prior years. Glasscubes also provides a space for clients to securely upload documents, and this space was clearly designed with the client in mind. When a client's documents are requested, they receive a request via email that gives them a text box and a space to securely upload relevant files and information - no login required\! > > **Cons**: The only growing pains our team has experienced thus far is that the automated reminders, which generally save us time, can be a bit annoying if we forget to mark the info request complete in glasscubes.
