> **Pros**: Ease of use, fields are specific to our business, and quick data entry within each tab. Query manager, report manager, and list manager areas are very easy to utilize and gather data. Customer service to improve services and Novopath tools in the past has been a positive experience. Very friendly and helpful staff.

> **Cons**: More pros than cons to Novopath software. Customer service was always willing to help and tweak our data entry experience so it ran seamlessly.

> **Cons**: There is a lot of clicks to get things done.  Switching back and forth to Enhanced billing and Novopath is and extra step. It would be nice if it was all in one place.

> Currently waiting for an update on invoices.  Test get added and when we get payment from an invoice sent prior to a test added it post payment to the test added.  It's really hard to find the case that test was added.  It takes months to get something like this resolved.
