JazzHR helps keep everything organized and in one place
We went from 500 to 1500 people quickly because to JazzHR's scalable design. We were able to create a streamlined and effective recruiting procedure with clear and well-defined workflows that aided each recruiter in doing their job more effectively. Facilitates consolidation of related materials.
Pros
Platform that is simple to learn and use. Facilitates streamlined request and candidate tracking within your team. Works flawlessly with any other recruiting tools you may be using, whether they're internal or external. Setting up a workflow and aids to assist with the workflow might help reduce stress on your recruiting staff. Better candidate management, texting capabilities, and automations
Cons
I'd like to make a standardized scoring sheet for use by all interviewees. I wish there was a way to search job boards for people who were similar to the applicants I liked best during interviews. Please make it possible to quickly revise an email before sending it to a potential employee.

Just implemented but thinking of changing
Their service has gotten better but i think we need to try a different system.
Pros
easy to use, inexpensive for what you get
Cons
reporting, the offer letter tokens can not be changed so you have to substitute tokens that are not titled correctly. very messy and makes the whole process frustrating
Reasons for Choosing JazzHR
As frustrating as JazzHR is, it is much better than ADP Workforce Now. ADP's product is terrible as an ATS, no searching, no workflows, very cumbersome.Switched From

Great ATS for any start up
The ATS is great to start with for any start up company. It did the job for a period of time, however as we started to scale up, we were looking for smth more robust.
Pros
There was a high level of customization in place, which was great.
Cons
There was no possibility to advertise in multiple locations. It was creating a lot of admin work for my team.

Simplify your entire hiring process
It's been a great experience. The tool has free'd up a lot of time in our team we were not utilizing. It is definitely a tool worth investigating if you are on the market for something new and modern!
Pros
Their pricing is transparent and every plan (including the basic hero plan) has unlimited users. They also have one click posting to dozens of different free and paid job boards. They also have plenty of integrations with different tools like Monster and Zenefits that automate workflows and reduce the amount of heavy lifting required
Cons
The learning curve can be steep at first considering the amount of features, but with tutorials and time it gets easier.

I will NEVER recommend this company to an enemy even!!
I have been beyond overwhelmed! I am trying to hire for my business and pay a price then get blocked on all the boards and they refuse to help, refuse to give me my money back and even though I am on month to month contract they took my money AGAIN! So I am supposed to pay for NO HIRES?
Pros
The initial customer service was good but after that it was all bad.
Cons
They gave me one price then they blocked my jobs and I didn't get anymore candidates. I reached out for help and was told to watch videos. I told them I was done with their service and I wanted a refund. They refused to do it then they took my money AGAIN!!

Basic ATS without Any Bells and Whistles
Pros
Jazz is pretty easy to use, but doesn't have the depth of functionality that mid sized organizations need. If you are a small company that does 5-ish hires a year this is a perfectly good system.
Cons
Be aware that if you switch to another ATS, the export that is provided can not be migrated and imported without significant work.

JazzHR assists you in all your recruitment processes.
I have been using JazzHR for a long time, and I find it to be a great tool for managing and optimizing the recruitment process with all its advanced features.
Pros
I love several features in JazzHR, including job posting management to customize job offers, candidate tracking to manage all received applications with a dashboard to view their qualifications, and the creation of personalized questionnaires to assess the skills and abilities of candidates.
Cons
I didn't find any features that I didn't like. JazzHR offers a wide range of features that are both interesting and advanced.

For the price, JazzHR is a great platform for applicant tracking and workflow management.
JazzHR has been a great applicant tracking system for us. Very user friendly and customizable. It is one of the most affordable systems I have seen on the market, so I think it's a great bang for your buck. Only downside is the lack of reporting/analytics for managing a recruiting team.
Pros
This software is very user friendly and easy to navigate. You can customize your own workflows and easily extend offers with various templates depending on the position you are recruiting for. JazzHR also has an easy search feature to find a candidate by name, email address, or phone number.
Cons
There are very few reporting tools/analytics within JazzHR to track metrics of a recruiting team. Due to this, I have to have my team send me a weekly snapshot on their submittals, interviews, offers, etc. JazzHR also does not integrate with a lot of other companies in order to streamline the onboarding process (i.e. background checks/drug screens can initiate automatically through the system)

Fantastic ATS That Is User-Friendly And Affordable
We are grateful to JazzHR for simplifying our hiring process and will keep recommending it to others. Being able to design processes that simplify my work.
Pros
Possibility for hiring managers to evaluate and stage their own applicants according to their needs. Depending on the role, the work processes can be modified. New job listings are simple to make, and their cooperation with free job boards is particularly beneficial to building pipelines on a budget.
Cons
When switched from LinkedIn Recruiter to JazzHR, it doesn't always function. Since we frequently divide candidates into multiple groups, I believe that using a variety of rating systems would be advantageous.

Implementing JazzHR has allowed us to dramatically improve our recruitment efforts!
Using JazzHR has greatly improved the success of our recruitment efforts and increased communication among our managers and recruiters.
Pros
JazzHR is very user friendly. It is easy to navigate the site, and there are a lot of features that are customizable - such as categories to easily narrow down search results, email templates, and workflows that automatically trigger notifications and tasks to different people.
The ability to send our job posting to so many free job boards has been fantastic and saves us countless hours per job when we don't have to manually post on those sites. It integrates seamlessly with our website, so it is very easy for job seekers to find our open positions.
They host tons of free webinars so that you can learn about the new features that they are constantly rolling out. The capability to create and send forms for an electronic signature through the HelloSign integration has been a huge improvement from our outdated process of trying to send and collect original documents through the mail.
We always get helpful, speedy customer service whenever we have questions.
Cons
One feature that would be really beneficial for us is a place where the hiring team can communicate and discusss the job itself. There is a discussion page for each candidate, but if anything changes with the job requirements - like the hours, schedule, location, etc) - we can't communicate that within Jazz within putting it on a candidate's discussion thread.

Cost Effective Solution, Suitable for All Business Sizes
Fantastic. Quick and easy migration. We had a short period to evaluate other solutions and implement. With our implementation contact, we were able to effectively migrate our data from iCIMS quickly.
Pros
One of the few products I demoed that allows me to effectively export all data keyed into the system. Met my needs for unique customization, integration with existing HR platform, automated workflows, limited access to users based on needs, and more. More importantly, if provided me the same perks, with an upgraded UI both for admins and candidates, all while reducing our costs by 70% over our existing vendor (icims).
Cons
No flexibility to set permissions down to the field level. We like to keep some of our app questions (i.e. what is you minimum expected salary) hidden and this is something that I can't currently hide from people marked as recruiters or hiring managers.

Look no further - You've found an ATS
I work in a recruiting capacity in the HR department of a mid-size company that utilizes Jazz as our recruiting software. As a growing company with strongly rooted family values, we are dedicated to making hiring decisions that will have a positive impact on our company's growth and image. Our HR department has been able to take our recruiting to the next level with Jazz since we can effectively track, source, and communicate with candidates from the moment we post a job up until we send out the offer of employment. Our company is not only dedicated to our employees, but also to each and every candidate that expresses an interest in employment with us; which is why, as a recruiter, my personal goal is to maintain communication with candidates at every stage, and Jazz makes that an EFFORTLESS process.
I felt compelled to write a review for this software because not only is it a fantastic platform to use, but their customer service experience is unparalleled. They are always taking customer feedback into consideration and implementing changes that ease recruiting nuances, and unlike clunky applicant tracking systems of yore, they are constantly revamping their system to remain relevant with the latest recruiting practices. Anytime I interact with Jazz's product and customer service teams, they leave me confident in my decision to continue to utilize this system as a recruiting platform for years to come. I suggest you give their sales team a call and request a demo ASAP.

Has completely changed our hiring process for the better!
I've gotten so many benefits from JazzHR but the biggest and most important benefit to me from this software is the amount of quality, qualified candidates I've received on every job that I've posted. We've been able to successfully post three completely different jobs and go through the workflow of interviewing, discussing and hiring for all three jobs.
Pros
I think what I like most about JazzHR is the ease of use. Coming from a busy company I don't have a ton of time to really learn an intricate software and JazzHR has allowed me to use the full software with such an amount of ease. It makes my life so easy! It has completely changed our hiring process in a positive way. Before JazzHR we were getting swamped with candidates, with JazzHR we are now getting swamped with candidates but they are quality and qualified candidates and for that I am so thankful. I recommend this product to all of my clients as well for their hiring needs.

Almost perfect
We use Jazz to facilitate the hiring process for all our job postings, and it has made the life of our HR team so much easier. It would be good, though, to pair your usage of it with training so all your employees are using it in the preferred and best way for your organization.
Pros
Jazz meets all the needs for taking your hiring process digital. It's easy to receive resumes and communicate with applicants via the platform's messaging system, which handily assigns anonymous email addresses to both you and the user. You can also get the messages forwarded to your email of choice. The dashboard view makes it easy to sort where you are in the hiring process and star priority candidates.
Cons
Even though Jazz is packed with features, there are some things that are not intuitive about its design, or are not well thought out. For example, if a user changes the platform's notification settings, it changes them for all users. Other technology platforms have trained us to expect individual control over notifications and messaging alerts, but that is not the case here. It also takes some getting used to in order to find the view that works best. You can have a dashboard with just the candidates and jobs you are hiring for, but the default is to see all the applicants who have applied for every job. Even things like the comments field suffer from basic UI so you're not sure if your comment was recorded or not. They're not insurmountable obstacles, but can be small annoyances that make the platform less than perfect to use.

Great ATS!!
We implemented Jazz just under 2 years ago. I use it daily to sort resumes, post jobs, send emails, etc. In general it is a really good system that allows you to customize in a way that works best for you. Our account manager is always there is answer questions and to help train us on whatever we ask!
Pros
Jazz continues to add updates to their system. They listen to their customers and try to make the overall function of Jazz user friendly, I believe they have accomplished that.
Cons
The only cons I have right now is some of their tracking features need updated and the calendar feature. For example, it does not track who I email a resume to and the calendar function is low level.

Great for smaller companies
I liked JazzHR when I worked for a smaller company, however when i compare to a bigger software like Workday, I think JazzHR is not my first choice.
Pros
I think this software was really great for lower volume of candidates or smaller companies.
Cons
I think there were features that were not utilized or maybe not even created that made it unfavorable.

As an ATS it does its job
Pros
It helps me manage my candidates in a requisition format.
Cons
Reporting is skewed. If you have to bulk upload candidates and you manually enter a value in for the source it will not reflect on the report. If you pull a report by source, instead of "Source Name" its noted as "My User Name" not helpful when you have to upload from multiple sources then determine source quality. Conversion metrics also don't line up in the reports as candidates applicant numbers don't line up within the req or report within the same designated time

Jazz HR is good but not GREAT
Their customer support is top notch and the system is obviously usable and you can do what you need to do. It’s a “good” system, not a great system.
Pros
The best part is that they’re TRYING to innovate. They just came out with some new features and that’s wonderful.
Cons
The ease of use as well as the user interface isn’t the BEST. It’s really not BAD, but Other interfaces are just better.
