About Asset Panda
Asset Panda is a cloud-based platform for facility managers that offers a suite of applications including asset tracking and maintenance management. It is compatible with Windows, Mac, iPad, iPhone and can be used from anywhere while updating data in real-time.
Asset Panda helps users assign contacts by location and track depreciation. The User can use a barcode scanner to look up asset details and automate pick lists. Role-based security ensures that employees are granted the appropriate level of access, so they always see the information relevant to what they are working on. Asset Panda offers customized exporting and reporting features. Reports can be automated via email, with the ability to add custom calculation fields (and designate if each field should be required) before sending.
Asset Panda helps users in auditing, facilities management, equipment support ticketing, compliance and purchase order management. Other features include asset photo tagging, replication configuration and Gantt charts. Support is available via chat, email and phone. Pricing is either per asset or per user.

Asset management and inventories are easier to manage now
Asset Panda addresses the issue of adapting processes and procedures to a piece of software's capabilities. You may model your company's activities with Asset Panda's action and process creation tools.
Pros
This asset management program is great since it is so simple to use. It's great that you may make new groups to accommodate the evolving demands of your company. To keep tabs on who has custody of these PCs, I utilize Asset Panda.
Cons
Asset Panda's drawbacks are minor and hardly worth considering. The dashboard component might use some work as it is not all-inclusive and the interface could use some cosmetic and functional updates.

Excellent. All members of my team are happy since they start using it
Pros
No set-up fee.
Our team's data always remains protected.
Multiple users can use it in my office.
All users find it easy to use.
Cons
It doesn't tell if any user had double posted
It's photo editor needs improvement.
Extremely high volume business may not be able to use it.

Asset Panda is a good inventory system
It's been fairly positive, customer service is very good.

useful although not perfect
Overall useful and a great concept. Definitely helps get our work done more efficiently, without having to constantly call the warehouse manager to ask what's in stock.
Pros
It's nice to be able to search for the stock items we have on hand and see who has checked out which tools.
Cons
It can take a long time to load and will freeze up if multiple people are using it at the same time, which is common at our company.

Very easy to set up, very easy to use; tracks assets & credit card purchases so quickly & so easy, it would be foolish to not use it!
Pros
We previously used Asset Panda at another employer & knew it was so useful & so easy to set up, he had to bring it in here.
Cons
NOTHING - everything works as promised, easy to amend as needed, easy to update, easy to do everything!
