> **Pros**: Ich habe eine gute Übersicht über den Stand der Gespräche und der Ziele. Das Tool ist recht intuitiv zu bedienen. Der persönliche Support bei Fragen ist grandios\! Das Tool bietet viele Möglichkeiten, die man nutzen kann oder nicht. So kann man sich "herantasten" und das Tool entwickelt sich mit der Firma weiter. Wünsche werden ernst genommen und rasch umgesetzt.

> **Cons**: Die hinterlegten Hilfestellungen sind etwas "zu technisch". Ich erfahre zwar, wie und wo ich etwas einstellen kann, aber meistens nicht, was dies für Auswirkungen hat, wenn ich es so oder oder so mache. Doch dafür gibt es ja eben den Support und der funktioniert super\!

Mitarbeitendenliste aktive vs. inaktive, Ablage ins EDossier). SSO Anbindung 1 Schritt zuviel. (das könnte aber auch an unserer IT Security liegen.

> **Pros**: Super Rollout. Wir konnten trotz Anpassungen innerhalb von einer Woche starten.  Kompetenter und einfach netter Support. Und falls etwas nicht umgesetzt werden kann, wird dies klar kommuniziert. Gerade für uns als Design Studio ist UX ein sehr wichtiges Thema. Die Software hat genau in den Bereichen Detailtiefe die uns wichtig sind: 360 Grad-Feedback und Zielvereinbarungen. Die Benutzerführung ist durchdacht. Es gibt keine überflüssigen Elemente. Und es gibt eine gut nutzbare englische Version, was leider definitiv nicht selbstverständlich ist.
