> **Pros**: We are in the construction industry and have many employees come and go in the main office when they are working in between projects. Before Deskflex, it was difficult to manage who would be working where. Now it is seamless for everyone to reserve their own space in advance to prevent scheduling conflicts.

> **Cons**: There is a mobile app for Deskflex but for some reason, most employees don't care enough to download it and just use the website instead.

> Deskflex is very user friendly and easy to navigate. It is really cool having a floormap of your office space. Using deskflex particularly for our conference rooms has been most helpful. I know it has definitely made our receptionists life much easier as well as she no longer has to manage everyone's schedule and workspace requirements.
