The way it handled last-minute changes was a big win too; being able to tweak routes on the fly without messing everything up saved loads of hassle. And the ETA updates and customer notifications were spot on. They cut down a lot of the “where’s my delivery?” calls. > > **Cons**: What I liked least was probably the setup. It took a fair bit of time to get everything up and running the way we wanted.
