Our conversion from Insurance Pro to Agency matrix changed every date of birth in every file to Jan 1, 1901, nothing was done on Zywave part to correct that. It did NOT bring any coverage information from Insurance Pro, we had to update every policy by hand. We have one customer with multiple policies, in Insurance Pro you typed in the policy number and got that policy. Agency Matrix you type in the policy number and get EVERY POLICY written for that client. Even their scanning system is awkward, we quit using it and scan with the computer then drag and drop the attachments, then Agency Matrix stores them all under the client name, not under the individual policy. Tech support is horrible, they NEVER answer the phone and usually we wait several hours for a call back and then, most of the time it's either 'it won't do that', 'we'll check in to that and call back (They never do call back)' or they try to blame in on the insurance company rather than accept their responsibility for the way the program works. > > The single worst agency management program I've found in 30 years of the insurance industry\! They have integrated a bunch of "stuff" in the policy coverage sections and policy type sections that is just ridiculous and you have to wade through a bunch of junk to find anything you need. They are also responsive and are continually improving their product.
