> **Pros**: Moving our change control and corrective action processes from other systems into Arena has been a game changer.  The risk of losing records has been reduced dramatically.  The workflow status of both the change control and corrective action processes provides the needed visibility for our organization.

> **Cons**: Some of the user functionality is not intuitive which makes navigation of the system by part-time users challenging.
> 
> Arena overall provides many features that are extremely useful for a Quality Management System.  The features and interactions between the different systems and Worlds available are the key to establishing our QMS.

> **Pros**: The quality processes are customizable to conform to the needs of my company. And being able to assign tasks to internal personnel as well as suppliers is truly valuable.   Between the online classes offered prior to implementation and the dedicated project manager put the learning curve to a minimum.

> **Cons**: I would like to see the implementation of version control.  Additional information may be received after an approval is completed, or after the entire process is closed.  Being able to have version control with the same quality process number would be helpful.  Especially when trying to document hard deadlines such as FDA MDR reporting.&#10;The cost is a little on the high side.  It would be helpful to have "shared licenses" as I have seen with other software.  There are many individuals within my company that only occasionally on Arena.  So being able to "share" a license instead of having to pay for multiple would encourage an expanded use of the system and features

> Overall, the QMS has been great and well received by all individuals at my company.  The customer support received has been outstanding.  There is always a quick response when questions are submitted online.  And the dedicated customer specialist that I can schedule 1:1 time with to guide me through certain questions or show me how to do something is amazing.

> **Pros**: Ease of use, flexibility, and implementation. I can create templates easily and share with the team. I can copy templates from one workspace to another one.

> **Cons**: - File management. I can update and modify attached files under affected after completion of a step or the request. This is a big deal specially when there is an approval requirement.&#10;- Group attributes behave different in the QMs world.
> 
> The Arena customer support has been great and helpful. I think the learning curve can be faster if there is a training for new users. When I started there was no QMS training in the package. I training needs to point out how the QMS world behaves different from the Items World. I needed to reconfigure some of my steps and process mapping.

> **Cons**: Report module isn't helpful on it's own.  All data needs to be exported to Excel and cleaned up before it can be used for anything.
> 
> Arena is a great software to quickly build a Quality System aligned with the Bill of Material and lifecycle management functions.

> **Pros**: Arena QMS does a great job keeping everything connected — parts, documents, and change orders all live in one place, which makes it easy for engineering and quality teams to stay on the same page. It’s reliable, cloud-based, and works well for collaborating with suppliers or remote teammates. Once you get familiar with it, it’s super helpful for keeping processes organized and traceable.

> **Cons**: The reporting and export tools could be better. It sometimes takes a few extra steps to get the exact data you need, and the interface feels a bit dated in spots. There’s also not a ton of flexibility to customize things exactly how you want, so you kind of have to work within Arena’s structure.
> 
> Overall, Arena QMS has been a dependable system for managing changes and documentation. It’s not the flashiest software, but it gets the job done and keeps everything consistent and auditable. There’s a bit of a learning curve at first, but once you figure it out, it becomes a solid backbone for product and quality management.
