Great all-in-one CRM, but setting up can take some work!
The experience has been good;. It's easy to use, but setting it up took a while. Once you have it set up how you want, it's fantastic.
Pros
Prospecting hub and deals. It easily syncs with prospecting tools, allows you to keep up with leads, and allows you to track deals, providing a single source of truth.
Cons
It takes some time to learn to use it, and it's not as intuitive as other, more modern CRMs, such as Attio.

Powerful tool with a challenging UX
Overall, Hubspot gets the job done and has some very powerful functionality. However, for the pricepoint it would be really amazing if their interface was more usable.
Pros
Once Hubspot has been set up, you can complete most needed CRM functions from their platform. The email plug in is great!
Cons
The user interface for Hubspot is not very user friendly, and can be hard to navigate.

Hubspot On the Spot
To date, the Hubspot team has been a great partner in review to implementation. They are supportive and willing to go the extra mile to help you get what you need to achieve your end goals.
Pros
Hubspot offered us a ton of options for customization/personalization that was already built in. Also we were not nickel and dimed like other CRM packages. While you do have to pick add-on modules for your needs past the free trial, that is to be expected. I see many reviews complaining about that. All of them do that.
Cons
I wish that Hubspot had their own onboarding team instead of having to look for a specialty company. It would feel more streamlined.

Excellent CRM and Integrations
Excellent overall. I feel like they have taken care and pride in building the software to appeal to multiple skills.
Pros
Hubspot had great features even on a free plan. The more I upgraded, the more automated the software became. The ease of use with the CRM was great and I loved how HubSpot was able to integrate seamlessly with other software.
Cons
I was not a fan of the email marketing as it was extremely expensive for what it did.

Full-Service CRM
It really provided me with everything I need. It's a very complex, but also flexible product.

HubSpot CRM is our custom dream home - housing all of the essentials.
We are extremely satisfied with HubSpot. We are covered in so many ways with custom properties and features, automation, workflows, internal noting, task assignment and more!
Pros
Allows our firm to improve overall organization of our client details and associated business. It creates an efficient eco-system for all of the essentials!
Cons
Our team has appreciated so much of what the system offers. We have not encountered any items that we would particularly change, however only on a few accounts had we hoped to be able to speak with someone in support on call but it was not an option at the time.

Best CRM for Startups
Hubspot CRM, has probably been the best CRM solution I've used to date. Its easy to set up, and although there are some annoyances with teir pricing/addons, the system itself is great for companies big and small. Ive mainly used in a startup and it was one of the best investments we made.
Pros
The systemnis really easy to set up, with a plethora of customisation that can be done. Creating views purely for your viewing, and seeing last interactions is key.
Cons
The level of addons is a littlw annoying. You get to grips with thensystem, realise you can do a little more and control thibs better, then you realise you need to buy an addon. Its a teir business model, but can be annoying when youre first getting to grips with the system
Reasons for Switching to HubSpot CRM
The pricing structure, free levels and ease of set up and use were thjngs that clearly set this apart. As a startup, there wasnt much knowlege/experience with CRM solutions so finding something that could cope with swift and easy onboarding was key.- Industry: Marketing & Advertising

HubSpot is the go-to CRM for simplicity and for all the bells and whistles
HubSpot CRM is very quick to get set up and an essential toolkit for anyone managing clients, activity, pipelines, sales etc.
Pros
The biggest pro of HubSpot CRM for me is the record keeping of contact history in my contact records.
Cons
Sometimes all the advanced features can be a little complicated, but there is plenty of support to guide you through.

King of CTMs for a Reason
Overwhelmingly positive. Every client I have implemented HubSpot for has been very happy with the results and we’re able to see results as early as the first month of usage.
Pros
The data that you are able to get out of the system about a customer. When everything is connected correctly with all of your existing software systems and your website, you are able to provide your sales agents with extremely valuable information that they would only be able to get through a system like HubSpot. It increases the chance of closing a deal and converting a lead into a customer tenfold!
Cons
It would be the price. It’s a tough sale for an agency to recommend to a client who has never used a CRM before and does not understand the value of having a system like this.

Best CRM for all. Easy and FREE too.
Very successful and easy to use. Greatly increased sales and made it much easier to manage clients and stay ahead of the game with relevant notes and details about each job.
Pros
It's very intuitive and easy to use. Lots of free options too. I used to organise contacts and manage when I last contacted each person and their details or notes.
Cons
Sometimes it was tricky to setup. For example there is no entrepreneur option, they have to have the contact details for a person and then assign them to a company as opposed to just combining these into one with a entrepreur/sole trader option.

Best CRM lots of money can buy
Pros
HubSpot excels in many things, contact/company/deal creation and association, email marketing, and automation. HubSpot really shines once the "Workflow" features are activated. Users can create automation that are, quite literally, only limited by your imagination. For example, form submissions on your website can lead to automated emails, adding a contact to a list, a sales pipeline, or hundreds of other things!
Cons
Ease of use.
Employees require a decent amount of onboarding to use HubSpot, and as your database grows, can become quite overwhelming and confusing to new employees. There are so many features and details that if a company doesn't have proper documentation, new employees can make quite a few mistakes with their data quite easily.

User-Friendly CRM
Overall, my experience with HubSpot CRM has been positive. It offers a user-friendly interface, especially with its advanced dashboard, but there are a few limitations in sequence reporting and re-enrollment that could be improved for more efficiency.
Pros
What I liked most about HubSpot is its dashboard. The contact and company dashboards offer advanced filtering and are very easy to use.
Cons
HubSpot Sequences could be improved in terms of reporting, as it mainly provides a high-level overview of sequences and templates without detailed A/B testing reports unless you manually check each sequence. Additionally, if you need to update an email in a sequence, you have to start from scratch, and there is no option to automatically re-enroll previously enrolled contacts. You'll have to manually re-enroll them in the updated sequence.

HubSpot CRM is a wonderful tool to utilize client information and data
Overall HubSpot CRM is so nice to be able to link phone calls, text, emails and also see proposal amounts, what type of client they are and their contact information all in one place and as well as your co workers are able to go in and look/listen to what has been discussed.
Pros
What I like about Hubspot is that is can hold several pieces of information about a client all in one spot. Having a place where you can look and see almost everything is great and it links different integrations.
Cons
There isn't really any cons other than if you are not using the free version to utilize all the tools then the price could add up quickly.

HubSpot makes automated follow up and outreach easy for every member of your team
My experience with HubSpot has been wonderful. It's one of the best CRM tools that I've used before and really offers all the things you would need for your marketing team.
Pros
HubSpot has a very in depth tracking system for contacts, allowing me to score leads and enroll them in automated workflows that push over performance and activity to reports that we can present.
Cons
Some of the workflow functions can feel a but clunky if you have an incredibly personalized tracking system. Integration with other tools can also be a bit messy but HubSpot support is always there to be as helpful as they can be.

Hubspot is a industry leading CRM and a must for fast scaling businesses
Absolutely fantastic and highly recommend. Hubspot has scaled from 4 of us to over 200 and they are constantly innovating.
Pros
We initially chose Hubspot because of it's user friendly UX/UI. We have now used Hubspot for over 6 years and it has been incredible constantly ensuring they added features that keep up with our growth. The CRM itself is still very intuitive. The reporting and dashboards feature is fantastic. There are so many pro's but it's hard to beat Hubspot for it's intuitive design and use.
Cons
The challenge we've had with Hubspot it the placement of critical features in different pricing categories. We are constantly finding that critical features are in different pricing tiers.

"Empowering Growth: A Comprehensive Review of HubSpot CRM"
HubSpot CRM generally offers a positive experience with its user-friendly interface, comprehensive features, and effective automation tools, helping businesses streamline their sales and marketing processes efficiently.
Pros
The intuitive interface, comprehensive features, and robust automation capabilities are what I liked most about HubSpot CRM.
Cons
One drawback I found with HubSpot CRM is that some advanced features may require additional payment beyond the free version, which could be a limitation for budget-conscious users or smaller businesses.

Great CRM, but awful reporting
Pros
The system is very easy to set up and use. The card population is easy and intuitive. Super easy data migration from a previous provider.
Cons
During the sales calls we were shown that we could report on almost anything, however once we subscribed we saw that the customization of the reports is minimal and it is based on already pre-set measurements, hence there is no option to customize them at the end of the day. That is really frustrating as we need to know what our sales funnel is for instance. Instead we get duplicate data because the same deal is counted in the different stage it was located in.

HubSpot CRM is a fantastic tool for managing your sales process. Once set up its easy to use and highly custimisable. HubSpot also have a bank of knowledge based content so they essentially have an answer or resource for anything you are trying to achieve.

Cons

Hubspot drives our marketing and sales
Very good, the knowledgebase and academy is brilliant and we have also used a partner implementor that has helped us set up various aspects which is easy because its such a well known established product.
Pros
Hubspot runs our whole marketing function in the business, outbound marketing campaigns, prospect and customer lists, reporting, form submissions on the website.
As well as our sales flow from the lead scoring module, pipeline management, forecasting and the whole sales funnel.
Cons
The cost :) Its an expensive tool and if we want additional functionality it nearly always requires us to 'upgrade' our package.
