> **Pros**: The system looks like comprehensive at the first glance which can cover most of the business need.

> **Cons**: Information conflict between sales personnel \& technical team, at the time of implementation we aware that most of our expectation are not meet and require us to invest extra dollars to get proposed solutions to overcome the system infrastructure limitation.

Trainer is not well-prepared for the training material and making our life very difficult working through the sandbox environment.

> They didn't commit their service failure and not accountable to get us into the refund process after we pointed out the ways they frustrated the customer. We've a very unpleasant experience working with them a couples of months as they don't try to dissolve the issue for the sake of the consumer but just rip someone off.
