> **Pros**: Accurate \& detail report is what you can expect from Securtime software. They also have mobile app, so employees on field can easily punch in through the app. It also captures the location, which is again a plus point for HR's to check if at all the employee visited client place.
> 
> **Cons**: Integration with third party to some extent, apart from that no issue as such
> 
> Our HR team can easily see total headcount for a day who has check in with accurate time, thereby ensuring if an employee is late we can necessary action. On field employee visits can be accurately checked by manager, thereby proxy visits can be avoided to large extent.
