> **Pros**: I couldn't even mention a good feature of the application because it simply doesn't work in the staffing world, since it requires so many things to be able to perform simple filters.
> 
> **Cons**: The application is very poorly developed and the fact that it requires people to do what at this point in the advancement of technology a bot can do is counterproductive and hinders the process of recruiting candidates.
> 
> My experience with the application in general was quite negative, because they focus on a very specific audience and it is also difficult to use and yields quite obsolete and late results.
