I also like the Dynamic feature where you can set a specific conditions and it will automatically bounded to user group or device group. If its not there, I need to raise a ticket to technical support and need to provide my verification. It may take time to resolve my issue. This one process can be simplified , and don't like this one process. Also they don't have a screen sharing functionality for Android Devices.
