> **Pros**: Provides quick turn- a- round on background checks done in the United States. They are quick to request additional information needed, etc. Very easy to use platform.

> **Cons**: The password resets and account lockouts that seem almost monthly (it might not be this often but it seems this frequent) it pretty frustrating and disruptive. Nothing else negative to say but that.

> Overall, the platform is easy to use and quick\! I have been extremely impressed with bow quick the background checks come back as most times it can take more than week + at most places. The only "annoying" piece is the password resets and account lockouts.
