Data lost 
Abusive rude staff
After closing the account they have reopened the account reinstated the seats and started a fradulent credit card charge for 9 seats.
Disgraceful crooked awful.
Caveat Emptor.
Good sales approach huge discount offered initially.
Tech is very very very poor
Unresponsive lost data zero support.
