> Cloud PMS by Newhotel Software is a cloud-based hotel property management solution that is accessible through Internet-enabled devices. Its interactive graphical plan view helps hoteliers manage individual and group bookings. From the screen, front desk staff can check-in and check-out guests, view current accounts, view guest history information and change rooms or dates by dragging and dropping reservations.


The system can integrate with point-of-sale (POS) hardware to help manage table reservations for the hotel bar and/or restaurant and can be loaded with multiple product price look-up (PLU) codes. Other modules offered by Newhotel, such as a golf and spa manager, can be added.


Cloud PMS also offers hundreds of report types within its report manager, including a daily manager’s report, average daily rate report and revenue per available room (revPAR) analysis. The system can be used for hotels with multiple locations, languages, currencies and fiscal requirements.
