Also, the ExpoPass team is great at reminding you of deadlines to fill out event info online, upload badge designs, import attendees, and more. > > **Cons**: ExpoPass is a little pricey but absolutely work every penny\! They take care of shipping the equipment directly to your event location and schedule pick up for after the event is over. > > ExpoPass has been just the right addition to level up our conferences. Participants are always impressed at how easy it is to check in, review their info, and print their badge on site. It is also extremely helpful on the back end for set up. ExpoPass team members help you with everything from setting up the badge design, importing attendee lists, and shipping the equipment (with return labels) directly to your conference location. Online research lead us to Expo Pass, which turned out to be a great choice to fulfill our event needs. Website was rather easy and intuitive to navigate and if there were problems, the Expo Pass support team was ready to help. All the necessary hardware was sent as planned and everything worked well throughout the 3-day event. Self check-in was easy and on-site registrations also worked well. Users of the kiosks for check-in/name badge printing and on-site registrations exclaimed how well everything worked. > > **Cons**: Had an issue setting-up the registration form on the user website. Recommendations from support attempted to remedy the problem, but self-help guides were repetitive and standard responses. It took several attempts to correct the problem.
